The partnership between BIX Tecnologia and Portobello Group began through Portobello Shop, the company’s retail arm, with the development of a Data Analytics solution focused on performance analysis and commercial management.
The initiative introduced advanced data visualization features, integration of multiple information sources, and analysis sharing among teams, allowing for more strategic monitoring of operations and franchise performance.
Following the results achieved, the project quickly evolved into other areas of the organization. Over the years, new solutions began serving sectors such as planning, operations, sales, marketing, controlling, and finance—combining specialized consulting, continuous support, and dedicated professionals.
The partnership also expanded its scope to Data Engineering and Data Science initiatives, further strengthening the company's analytical capabilities.
